Managing Partner & Founder

Will is a first-generation immigrant from South Korea. He attained a Bachelor of Science in Applied and Computational Mathematics from University of Southern California (USC) and has been working in Medicaid consulting as a credentialed actuary for over five years. With a strong client-oriented work ethic and data-driven decision making, he focuses on building risk-averse strategies in commercial real estate. He plans on continuing to build network and portfolio while positively impacting involved communities.

Senior Advisor

Philippe, co-founder of Boost Capital Group, is an active investor in 1,900 units, a $90M portfolio and contributed to raising $29M from investors.

Philippe has first-hand experience in commercial multifamily real estate identifying, acquiring through syndication, capital raising, operating, and divesting. Philippe also mentored more than 25 new multifamily entrepreneurs, and advises investors and other syndicators.

Prior to being full time in real estate, Philippe worked a corporate job in the business jets aircraft industry in various leadership roles for over 20 years. He holds a Master’s Degree in Science – Mechanical Engineering.

Matt Picheny is a real estate investor, coach, Tony award winner, and author of the #1 best-selling book, Backstage Guide to Real Estate. He is focused on developing passive income streams that enable investors to write their own story and choose how they want to spend their time.

Matt has over 15 years of experience revitalizing and elevating communities through real estate investment and has invested in over 10,000 apartments nationwide. He is a licensed real estate agent and has earned both Commercial Real Estate & Real Estate Finance certificates from Boston University. Matt has been a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council, the Fast Company Executive Board, and is an advisor to a PropTech company.
