OUR MISSION

OUR PROCESS
STEP 1: Research
We perform extensive research into different markets that meet our criteria. We focus on emerging markets and/or path of progress to be ahead of the curve.
STEP 2: Acquire
We build strong relationships in those markets, thereby getting premier off-market deals which we perform a risk-adjusted analysis on. Once we find a value-add deal with good projected returns, we will acquire the deal.
STEP 3: Renovate
We will partner with a property management company in the subject market and perform extensive renovation and operational efficiency improvements, increasing the value of the property.
STEP 4: Hold or Refi
Depending on the cash flow, we will determine whether to continue to hold or refinance the property to optimize the passive investor return.
STEP 5: Disposition
After a 3 to 5 year hold, we will sell the property and return the promised returns to the passive investors. The investors can then re-deploy the returns for upcoming opportunities.
